I had the privilege of attending a seminar hosted by leadership consultant, Donald G. Dipaolo. At this seminar, Donald shared many concepts that could be used to make ourselves finer members of society. Below are some ideas than I hope will inspire you to introduce more kindness into the world.
1. Without wax
We are all human! Thus we want to be accepted–have a sense of “belonging.” For some, it’s easier to put on a persona so that they can be accepted. However, this steals their individuality—that is who they truly are.
Challenge yourself to be honest to who you are!
2. You need to be dying to be living
It’s figurative not literal. It means that you need to be willing to shed yourself of your destructive habits to be a better person. People make mistakes but if they learn from them, then they will be better of that before.
